Memories.

1. Add a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

I remember the first time i met you. i was having a REALLY hard time feeling happy with our new situation (new baby, new ward, new house, etc.).

i had kind of given up on getting to know anyone because i felt like no one was interested in getting to know me (this of course wasn't true, but it's how i felt at the time) and you introduced yourself and gave me hope : ) you were so friendly and it made me see that i was judging too quickly.

i just think you're one of those people who are kind to everyone they meet. i like that.

Okay, here is my favorite memory. When you, me, Cahlan, and Kasey, drove all around town to make a music video for "We Built this City on Rock and Roll!" Do you know what happened to that video? We really should post it on Youtube. We were awesome!

I remember the first time I met you was at a church activity and you made fun of my Jesus puppet. I was like man I hate this girl. And then later that night you made me laugh so hard that green punch came out of my nose...and we've been bff's ever since. the end.

I love this Kim! So the first time I ever saw/meet you was at church. I remember thinking...omg she is so pretty! You were in Sunday school, and started answering some questions that were given. I then remember thinking...Oh good...she's definitely outgoing too! I could totally tell by your willingness to respond in class!lol.

Then later when you were called on the committee with me...we went out to visit some prego girls. We went to one specific sister's home...and while we visited I felt the spirit so strong. I remember thinking that I was so grateful to have a sister there with me that was willing to serve as much as me! Thank you!

It's appropriate that this is the first encounter I have on your blog. I can certainly post a memory:

6 years ago in Wuxi China we had Thanksgiving dinner together. We had a turkey and mashed potatoes, and all of the other wonderful things we eat for Thanksgiving. We all pitched in and made it as wonderful as a Thanksgiving right at home with family. The Chinese guests that attended thought it was a horrible feast! lol.

i also remember the first time I met you Kim! Cahlan had talked about you so much and then when I met you it was like I already knew you or something, I was just so comfortable around you, I think I even hugged you and was like oh weird I just greeted her like an old friend...I just love you and Cahlan together. match made in heaven I'm sure.

Kim and Cahlan! I'm not sure if you got the message I sent you so I'll write again. This is Jessica Shippen. Gosh, I totally lost touch with you guys. I can't believe you have two already. Here is my memory: A very memorable Christmas for me will always be the one I spent in the CTM--all of us sneaking down into our classroom on Christmas morning and opening gifts together. Hope you guys are well. Email me when you get a chance: snikmis2@yahoo.com

My best memory with you is walking this summer. We normally ended up walking together and I loved how you were all about going along with the, its because we are so short story. I found out then that we were the same height. We had some great conversations ont hose walks, I miss walking with you gals, maybe when work slows down we can go again.

The first time I met you was at a ward party. I can't remember if it was the Halloween one or the Christmas one. You talked to me like you had known me forever and it meant so much to me because we hardly knew anyone yet. We joked about going shopping in Vegas while our husbands played some golf. :-) I felt so comfortable around you and I still think about how much it meant to us that both of you were so kind and welcoming to the two of us.
Thanks for being my friend.
Love you lots!

So I dont know if you remember this....but one evening in High School we were hanging out with that foreign exchange student and we all decided we wanted to go to walmart at like 1130 at night...Well when we got there you dressed up in a cow costume and while we pushed you around in the grocery cart you continued to say "MOOOOOOOOOO" .... I always thing about that and how silly we were...haha.

Kim, I remember when you and Jason played Mary and Joseph in the Primary program. You both were about 10 years old.
We loved you then and we still love you.
